The parties shall each bear their own attorney fees with respect to such Arbitration but shall share equally the other costs and expenses of arbitration.
DISCLAIMERS
Fan Huddle and its content re being provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. Front Office Sports Enterprise, its affiliates, agents, employees, directors, and suppliers expressly and explicitly disclaim any such warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to freedom frm infringement, or freedom frm viruses. Fan Huddle does not provide warranty that the operation of Fan Huddle will be error free or without interruption. All liability with respect to the accuracy, reliability, and/or quality of third party content is of the respective content provider. You may make no claim against Fan Huddle with respect to content provided by third parties, including Users or Affiliate Publishers.
PARTIAL INVALIDITY
In the event any of the provisions of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be deemed impaired and a similar, enforceable provision shall be substituted in the place of the invalid or unenforceable one.
USER ACCOUNTS
If you choose to register for an account, you agree to keep all account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining your account information and privacy. You may not use an account that does not belong to you. Failure to maintain the privacy of your account will result in deletion of your account. In such circumstance, no refund will be made to any costs associated with the account.
USER SUBMISSIONS
You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of Posting, as defined herein, or publishing them. By submitting the User Submissions to Fan Huddle, you hereby grant Front Office Sports Enterprise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, add multimedia and perform the User Submissions in connection with the Web site and Fan Huddle’s (and its successor’s) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the web site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each User a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Web site, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Web site and under these Terms of Service. The foregoing license granted by you terminates once you remove or delete a User Submission frm the Web site.
ENDORESMENT
Fan Huddle does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Fan Huddle expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Fan Huddle does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its web site, and Fan Huddle will remove all User Submissions if properly notified that such User Submissions infringe on another’s intellectual property rights. Fan Huddle reserves the right to remove any and all User Submissions without prior notice. Fan Huddle has the right to terminate a User’s access to its Web site, if they are determined to have infringed on another’s intellectual property rights, either knowingly or unknowingly.
TERMINATION OF USER ACCOUNT
You agree that Fan Huddle, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate any User, User account (or any part thereof) or use of the Web site, and remove and discard all or any part of your account or any User Submission, at any time. Fan Huddle may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Web site, or any part thereof, with or without notice
PROHIBITED USER SUBMISSIONS
Fan Huddle reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication frm the Web site and terminating the account of such violators.
Prohibited user submissions include submissions that are: a) unlawful or harmful, b) promote false information, c) impersonate or misrepresent a person or information, d) violates intellectual property rights, e) promotes any illegal activity or unauthorized copy of another individuals work, f) makes available unsolicited or unauthorized materials such as “spam” or any other form of solicitation, g) solicits private information or passwords, h) makes available any material that is not suitable for all ages including, but not limited to, pornographic material, i) any other material deemed in poor taste by Fan Huddle.
You agree that not all forms of prohibited user submissions are listed above and that Fan Huddle as the sole authority to determine whether a submission is acceptable to be published.
Even though all of this is strictly prohibited, there is a small chance that you might become exposed to such items, and you further waive your right to any damages (frm any party) related to such exposure.
WARRANTY
You agree that your use of the Web site shall be at your sole risk. Fan Huddle is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content or User Submissions Posted on or in connection with the Web site , whether caused by Users of the Web site or anybody else in conjunction with the website.
Fan Huddle is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of the Web site. Front Office Sports Enterprise assumes no responsibility for any issue relating to User communications.

Under no circumstances will an official employee of Front Office Sports Enterprise, while performing an official duty of or for Front Office Sports Enterprise, contact you frm an unmarked or unidentifiable email address, phone number, instant messaging device, or other contact method.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you believe that your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right has been violated on our web site, please provide Front Office Sports Enterprise with the following information:
1. An electronic or physical signature of the person empowered to act on behalf of the owner of copyright interest.
2. A description of the copyright work you believe has been infringed and were it can be found.
3. A description of where the infringed upon work is located on Fan Huddle.
4. Contact information including an email address, telephone number, and address.
