Welcome to the Pittsburgh Pigskin here on Fan Huddle, the premiere spot for sports media, information, and entertainment. My name is Mack Rosenberg and I along with Tom Jenkins will be doing our best to bring you year round coverage of the Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers.
Here are some things you may want to know (or may already know) about the two writers here on the Pitt Pigskin:
From Mack:
Mack Rosenberg is currently 17 and has been in the internet media industry for four years. He has most notably blogged for MVN, SB Nation, thejetsblog.com, and Fansided However, he is perhaps best known for his work with good friend Jimmy DiFalco on Fourth and Inches radio show, an online live weekly NFL show that ran for two plus years on various networks such as 360thepitch, The Most Valuable Network, and TPS Radio. The show came to an end last October, and now Mack is back after just about a year off to help out the Fan Huddle network, blogging about the Steelers.
From Tom “TJ” Jenkins:
TJ’s writing career began when he was just young, getting multiple poems published in school newspapers and websites. He finally decided to mix his two greatest loves – sports and writing into one and the same and became primarily focused on his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has no qualms about writing for any other team however, as he has a working knowledge of the goings on in the NFL and is always a delight to talk NFL with. He’s 19 years old (20 on October 26th) and is currently working in a Bob Evans restaurant in Canton, Ohio along with writing and doing minor construction work. He’s working this hard to support his girlfriend and one year old daughter and is doing the best he can with what he’s got.
We know that Fan Huddle is such a big network, and so we just wanted to let you know that we’ll be covering the Steelers as in depth as any other blogger would. Here’s just a peak at what to expect from both Tom and myself each week during the NFL season:
- Extensive pre and post game analysis of every Steelers game
- Mailbags- we certainly want to hear what you the reader has to say
- Updates throughout each day on any Steelers related news

how does it feel to be 1-2? Losing back to back games in the 4th is tough.

When looking at early losses in the season, you’ve got to remember that all teams are going to play down to some levels, not to say that we didn’t deserve to lose, because both teams beat us. I’ve never been one to make excuses, and I won’t begin now, we lost to two teams that played better than we did the past two weeks.
Nothing to do but fight on like the Steelers are prone to doing. Limas Sweed may have or may have not already lost his spot to Shaun McDonald. We shall see what other changes came about.
