Hey there!
My name is Elliot Teichman and I am happy to be here and happy (believe it or not) to be a Mets fan. Here’s just a bit about me. I was born in NJ but grew up in Baltimore. Luckily for me, my entire family going all the way back have been National League fans of New York Teams (my Dad’s side flying the blue of the Dodgers and my Mom’s side representing the Black and Orange of the Giants) so when the Mets came around it was a natural decision to root for them, and when I came around it was a natural decision to indoctrinate me.
You may have read my writing before. I am the blogger over at 213 Miles From Shea and I also do contributing writing over at Mets Merized Online. Now, I’ll be doing a large bulk of my writing here! So hope you all are ready for some stats, opinions, grief and victory because all of those are part of being a Mets fan.

I too am a Lifetime Mets fan and rather critical of the entire organization for the past 48 years. Expect to get a lot comments from me as well. I write for the NL East and the Jets on Fan Huddle so I’m sure we will become fast friends.
