true, Markov’s return will be a breathe of fresh air for the team and Jacques MArtin who needs to adjust his line-ups over and over.

I can’t wait to have Markov return.

The team has shown both positives and negatives in the last few weeks. Consistency is a problem still… but having some of your best players still being out of the lineup, I think they’ll be ok if they can hang in there the next few weeks.

AK46 is coming around really well too. Glad he was given the confidence and the time to get some chemistry going with Cammalleri and Plekanec.

I know that making cracks about how it should be “Maple Leaves” is the height of comedy among the anti-Leafs set but it’s a proper noun. That means that it’s made plural by adding an ’s’.

The Grief family does not become the Grieves just like a single Maple Leaf does not become the Maple Leaves.
