Diamondbacks Changes Already Started

Today was the end of the season press conference for the Arizona Diamondbacks and the winds of change are already blowing. Out are first base coach Lorenzo Bundy and third base coach Chip Hale. Hale has been with the team different capacities for nine seasons and looked to be a candidate for the managerial position prior to organizational advocacy coming into play. This was Bundy's first and only season with the club. The D-Backs also announced today that Chad Tracy and Doug Davis are not expected to be back with the team next year. Davis has been a staple in the rotation and in the community for the past three seasons.

Things did not necessarily go as planned for the Diamondbacks this year. They lost their ace Brandon Webb after only 4 innings pitched.

Then they decided to fire manager Bob Melvin and bring in AJ Hinch to help with organizational advocacy. I still am not sure what that means, but that is how the Diamondbacks spun it to the fans and the media when they hired an unproven commodity to be the new manager for the team. So what do we as Diamondbacks fans have to look forward to next year? Glad you asked. Catcher: The Diamondbacks seem to be happy with the progress of Miguel Montero.
